Title: Semantic to the rescue of food industry needs
Abstract: in this talk, I will present two examples of semantic tools to solve problems encountered by food industrial partners. The first one is about integration of heterogeneous food nutritional data sources thank to pivot ontology and background knowledge. The second one deals with preservation of operational knowledge to provide recommendations.
